I built this for myself first.
I'm not a fitness company. I'm one person who's spent years deep in data and AI — and got tired of the only two options everyone else has: pay a trainer $50 an hour, or download an app that hands you the exact same template as the last million people who signed up.
Neither one adapts. Templates don't know you tweaked your knee last week, or that you only have dumbbells today, or that you skipped three workouts and need the plan to actually respond to that — not just sit there unchanged, quietly judging you.
So I built the coach I actually wanted: one that asks the questions that matter, builds a real plan around the answers, and adjusts every week based on how training actually went. I used it on myself, every day, for months, before anyone else ever touched it.
Then a friend asked to try it. Then another. That's the only reason TrainArk exists as more than a personal project — it turned out I wasn't the only one who needed this.
